@_coachingbykatie: Training like the first clip only got me so far. When you’re new to the gym pretty much anything is gonna help you see results- because it’s a complete new stimulus. However, this won’t work forever. You need to be training close to failure to see big changes in your muscle growth. Film your workouts- check your intensity!
