@jane_dough5: Seeded whole wheat loaf *with recipe below* #bread #Recipe #sourdoughbread #sourdough #bakingrecipe #healthy #healthyrecipes Makes 2 loaves, takes 24 hours 1Tbsp chia seeds 1Tbsp flax seeds 1Tbsp black sesame seed powder (or black sesame seeds) 1/4cup sunflower seeds 1/4cup pumpkin seeds 1/4cup oats 20g honey 20g salt 200g water *whisk all this together and let it sit for an hour. I just use whatever I have for the seeds, it doesn’t need to be exact! 200g starter 300g water 400g AP flour 100g whole wheat flour 100g bread flour *mix these ingredients and let them sit for 1 hour *add ALL ingredients together and rest for 30 minute *stretch and fold every 30minutes for 2 hours, then every hour for 3 hours *rest at room temp for 2-4 hours, then overnight in the fridge *remove from the fridge and shape, proof in baskets for 4 hours *bake at 425 covered for 20 minutes and then at 400 uncovered for 20 minutes
