@_coachingbykatie: I know first hand it can be so tempting to change up your program when your fave influencer posts their ‘must do glute exercises’ However, to see progress you need to be sticking to the same exercises and applying progressive overload to them I know how things on social media can make it seem like doing certain exercises are the key to finally seeing the growth you want. But I promise, you probably have great exercises in your program already (well I can’t promise but I’m pretty damn certain) Focus on progressing those and don’t chase after shiny objects #glutes #GymTok #FitTok #glutegrowth
