PBIS is a free from consequence system, especially when you have admin that doesn’t support consequences.

PBIS coach here. The only good thing about it, and I mean ONLY good thing, is it creates a common school-wide expectations and language.

What gets me is that our district doesn’t fund the PBIS program. The teacher in charge of ours has to ask the community for donations to afford prizes
