@foodwithgeorge: Pad Kra Pao & Kai Dow…My favourite Thai dish Recipe serves two people or one very hungry person Ingredients * 500g Minced Pok * 2 Cups Holy basil or Thai Basil * 11 cup green beans * 1 - 4 Thai Chilies * 4 Garlic cloves * 4 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce * 4 teaspoons Light Soy Sauce * 2 teaspoon Dark Sweet Soy Sauce * 1 teaspoon Sugar * 2 eggs Method Fry your egg in half cm of veg oil, this will give you the crispy edges put to one side while you cook the rest of the dish. Heat a wok medium to high heat, and add about 1 - 2 Tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the crushed garlic and chilies. Fry for about 30 seconds. Add the pork mince and mix it in well with the chilies and garlic. Fry for about 2 minutes. Add the oyster sauce and light soy sauce to the meat and mix it in well. Fry for about 30 seconds. Add the sugar and green beans to the pan and stir well. Fry for about 30 seconds. Add the dark sweet soy sauce to the pan and mix in well. Fry until the meat is browning and sticking to the pan just a little. Add the basil in, stirring quickly. Remove from the heat and serve right away!
