@tameembadi: Are you resting enough between your sets⁉️ Yes, even as a bodybuilder, if you train hard and to failure on your sets (which you should) you need to rest, on average, 3 minutes between your sets, or even up to 5 minutes or more on the heavy compound exercises if they are taken to true failure. This will allow you to fully recover and take the next set again to failure to the best of your abilities!
