I was good until 50. The flubber be flubbering in all areas. No exercise or calorie deficit helps. Too much takes weight from your face first. 👵🏻

Yes! I did the deficit and I workout 5-6 days.Last year peri-meno snuck up fast and left 30lbs! My lifestyle says it should melt off. Hormone say nope
