Ingredients:
1.75c chickpea flour
half block tofu crumbled
.25c nutritional yeast
.5c @vitaliteusa Plant-Based Cheddar Style Shreds
1t salt
1t garlic
.5t turmeric
1t pepper
.25c chopped fresh basil
1.75c water
1/2c diced onion
1/2c diced red pepper
1/2c chopped kale or spinach
1t baking powder
.Mix all ingredients in a big bowl and bake in greased muffin tin for 45m at 350 and
ta-da, done. In this video, i made a mini-version because i only had a mini muffin tin so i
did 350 degrees for 23 minutes!
