Taxis have set rates from the airport to the strip hotels. Most run about $15-$20, depending on how far they are.

I’m pretty sure the airport fee is a local ordinance, I noticed it for $3.25 on my Uber receipt in Charleston last year.

that doesn't seem unreasonable honestly , lots of surge at airport depending on the time , lyft is probably the same price and driver makes 8-10$
