Her lawyer has now filed lawsuits which state that the administration had been told four times about the boy that had the weapon and did nothing. Records show that Abby went to admin first, telling them he had threatened another student, soon after another teacher went with concerns that he had a gun in his pocket outside, a third teacher reported that the boy had shown another student the gun at recess and threatehed him and a fourth employee went to them asking to search his bag and was denied. "Today she is in between surgeries and physical therapy appointments with a career in question," her lawyer, Toscano said.
