@ryjewers: Replying to @JackInYourDm The Arm Blaster for the Biceps is nothing special. It just pushes you into more shoulder flexion; and while it can add some stability, using elbow support from a Lat Pulldown seat will suffice, then just throw in some Machine Preacher Curls to train the shortened position if you wish 🫡 #bodybuilding #exercise #lift #fyp
