@erekasfood: I was craving a TUNA MELT, so I made one! Tuna Melt Ingredients (Makes 4) 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup mayo 1/2 lemon juiced 1 tsp mustard 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2 tbsp chopped parsley 1 tbsp chopped dill 2, 7 ounce cans of tuna (in water) 1 dill pickle finely chopped 1/4 red onion finely chopped 1 celery rib finely chopped 8 slices of bread 4 slices of sharp cheddar Salt and vinegar chips (optional) -Add the first 8 ingredients to a large bowl and whisk. Fold in tuna, pickles, onion and celery. -Brush one side of each slice of bread with Calabrian chili mayo (recipe below). -Flip bread and add tuna mix, cheddar, chips (optional) to one slice. Top with the other slice and heat both sides on high in a panini press or skillet. -Dip into sour cream & dill dip (recipe below) Calabrian Chili Mayo Mix together 1 tbsp Calabrian chili pepper with 1/4 cup mayo. Sour cream & Dill Dip 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 dill pickle 1/2 shallot 1/2 lemon juiced 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp chopped dill 1 tsp chopped parsley Add first 6 ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Fold in remaining ingredients.
