You can use baking paper (papyrus paper ? not sure) beneath the baby. The scrunching noise make them move their head and build their muscles. 🥰

baby’s vision isn’t very good beyond 8-10 inches so using balloons that contrast with the ceiling would work better, white ceiling = black/red balloon

my go too with balloons is tying a small hole to loop the long line through making a slip line, can loosen immediately and tighten with pressure.
