@foodkidslove: These Korean style beef Patties are sooo good! 💛Mini Korean beef patties (dongurang ddeng) (Batch cook and freeze to heat up easily for quick meals and lunchboxes!) 1 lb of Organic grass-fed ground beef 1 pack of tofu (14 oz) 1/2 medium onion finely diced 3-4 garlic cloves minced 1/2 cup carrot finely chopped 4 mushrooms finely chopped 2 tbsp of low sodium soy sauce 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp sesame seeds 1 green onion finely chopped 1 tbsp honey or sugar 4 eggs whisked 3 tbsp all purpose flour Avocado oil for the pan salt/pepper to taste 👉In a large mixing bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, soy sauce, carrot, salt/pepper, honey, crumbled tofu (crumble up tofu finely with your hands) together. With food safe glove, mix with hands for at least 5-10 mins to get smooth texture. Add flour at the end and mix again. Form them into mini rounds with your hands. In a separate bowl whisk 4 eggs. You can add another garlic, minced into the egg mixture. Dip each beef round into the egg mixture. Place on a heated pan with avocado oil and pan fry on medium for about 4 minutes on each side. Do not cook on high heat as you don’t want them to burn. Turn down heat to med/low and flip over a couple times until fully cooked through for another 4-5 mins. #koreanfood #lunarnewyear #koreanmom #lunchboxideas #lunchesforkids #toddlerfood #preschoolerfood #koreanbeefpatties #fyp
