for 1/4”=1’ would you count the tick marks as 1,2,3,4,5’ or is it 10’ ? i thought i was supposed to start at 0 and tick 2 would equal to 1’ then 2 to 4 would be 2’ mark 6= 3’ and so on.. am i wrong?
