Pro tip. the last train at the bottom of Mt. Fuji is at like 5pm, the shop with an ATM is closed at 4, and the nearby hotel only accepts cash.

If you're staying within walking distance to say an Izakaya, walking is fine too lol. I lived in Tochigi and would walk to the local bar and back 😆

This is not totally correct, there are plenty of taxis and uber which are not that expensive. A trip from shibuya to shinjuku will be maybe $20
