In a bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, basil, cottage cheese, italian seasoning, salt, pepper and stir until well combined 2. Season chicken with above seasonings, brown on both sides in avocado oil, then finish baking at 425° until internal temp reaches 165° 3. Saute green beans in olive oil, salt and pepper 4. Boil spaghetti noodles, drain, rinse, then add to warmed pasta sauce 5. Assemble, topping chicken woth bruschetta, then adding additional toppings as desired 6. In a bowl, combine chicken, egg, and seasonings and mix until well combined 2. Transfer chicken mix to parchment paper and form into thin pizza crust 3. Ingredients: @Poppi for the good vibes 1 honeycrisp apple, diced 1 butternut squash, diced 1/4 cup + drizzle of maple syrup Chicken thighs Handful of pecans Goat cheese Quinoa mix, prepared @Taylor Farms kale Baby arugula 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup @Primal Kitchen Foods dijon 1/4 cup @siggisdairy greek yogurt Seasonings: salt, pepper, onion powder, smoked paprika Instructions: 1. Season squash with avocado oil, drizzle of maple syrup, and seasonings, and airfry at 350° for a few minutes until soft, then at 400° until crispy 2. Season chicken with above seasonings, brown on both sides in cast iron with avocado oul, then finish cooking in oven at 425° until internal temp of chicken reaches 165° 3. Coat pecans in avocado oil and salt, and brown on low heat 4. Add 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup dijon, 1/4 cup yogurt, salt and pepper to a jar and shake until well combined 5.
