I’m suffering from chronic sinusitis currently and won’t be seen by an ENT for a few weeks. I get head pressure and heart palpitations when I lift heavy things. Anyone else have this?? And I get dizzy very often. 😩😩

Caffeine is true I stopped drinking it and my sinuses were so bad The caffeine constricts the blood vessels in the nose and when you stop they dilate
