MY DIET AND TIPS BELOW ♡ • EATING SCHEDULE First meal: 8:30–9:30am Last meal: 5:30–6:30 pm Don’t eat late. One of my bad habits before why I gained weight, as much as possible make your dinner lighter compared to your first two meals. If you noticed my eating schedule, it’s 16hr fasting. Don’t start at an extreme calorie deficit. From the amount of your maintaining calorie count just less 200-300 calories and exercise, you’ll lose weight. If you start so low, you’ll damage your metabolism. I’VE LEARNED MY LESSON. 🤦🏻♀️ •EXERCISE Walking 10,000 steps (1hr 40 mins 6-7km) every day or every other day, I get lazy too! My treadmill setting: 6% incline 4.8 speed. Currently, I do light strength training and running 3x a week. I didn’t want to exercise before, but now it really feels good.🏃🏻♀️➡️ FYI: YOU CAN’T TARGET FAT LOSS. •REST & SLEEP Sleep 6-7hrs IT HELPS (it’s hard but do it)! It helps to boost your metabolism and digestion. It gives your body time to recover, conserve energy, repair, and build up the muscles worked during exercise. Rest days are just as important as your workout days. •HYDRATE Drink lots of water. This can also boost your metabolism. If you think you ate enough, but you still feel hungry, maybe you’re just thirsty. Drink water! •SUGAR YES, no food restrictions. Don’t deprive yourself so you won’t crave. BUT be good at making decisions. Will you eat a 110 calorie cupcake that will make you full for a moment or a 110 calorie 1/2 cup of rice that will make you full for hours? As much as possible, eat lots of protein and fiber. If you can’t stop eating sweets, add them to your meal plan, as long as it’s within your calorie count you’ll not gain weight. Consume them on your 2nd meal, not on your 1st meal, to avoid insulin spikes that will easily get you hungry. If I did it, you can do it!
