had that happen a few times and switched to an all metal hotend and haven't had that issue since.

honestly i changed my tube to the blue stuff. it handles much better in my experience

get rid of that type of hotend. or replace it with capicorn bowden tubing. it will last longer. I would get a V6 e3d hotend or mosquito hotend.

my ender 5 was under extruding for a while. Took it apart and had something similar. Will be doing that more often
