Alexandra O’Neill designed the blue dress and matching coat Biden wore at the inaugural swearing-in ceremony. Gabriela Hearst designed the Biden's evening ensemble of a white dress and coat embroidered with the flowers of each U.S. territory and state. Each set of designs were complete with matching face masks.
