For my last camp meal I made a version of Dan Dan noodles 🍜 How do you dress yours up? #sponsored #maruchanpartner ➡️ Recipe: Maruchan Dan Dan Noodles Servings: 2 2 Maruchan Chicken Flavor Instant Lunch cups 1/4 lb ground pork 1/2 small onion, diced 1/2 cup green beans, cut on a bias, 1/4 inch thick 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame paste or peanut butter 1/2 dark soy sauce 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp black pepper Cooking oil Toppings— 2 Fried eggs Green onions, thinly sliced Chili oil 1. In a pan, heat cooking oil and stir fry onions until translucent. 2. Add ground pork and stir fry for 2-3 mins. 3. Add in soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame paste, rice vinegar, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well and cook pork through. 4. Mix in sliced green beans and cover until lightly steamed and mix well. Set aside. 5. Boil water. Fill @Maruchan_inc Chicken Flavored Instant Lunch noodle cup 2/3 of the way up. Cover for 3 mins to cook noodles. 6. Uncover noodles then top noodles with a few spoonfuls of stir fry mixture, a fried egg, green onions and chili oil.
