I used an old drive belt to torque mine to 320nm, wrapped it around the pulleys in a way that it tightens as I torque it

there is an inspection plate you can wedge a screwdriver against the flywheel bolts to keep the crank from moving.

Can just use a flat head to hold the fly wheel there is a plastic patch under the car near the bell housing, it’s what I did and it worked perfectly

this is what I did for my 5.0 when I was torquing the harmonic balancer back on.. put it in gear with the wheels on the ground snd torque away

pop the little cover plate on the bottom of the bell housing and use a pry bar to hold it still. also i believe you torque these then rotate it 120°

2.7 v6 I didn’t torque the balancer only used a 1/2 inch Milwaukee impact…. Will never make the same mistake again
