I literally just flew from Aus to UK and have the biggest fear of turbulence. All I kept repeating to myself is turbulence isn’t dangerous! 😅

I've been told pilots go through it as they have to, now days with cost cutting planes try to hold the least amount of fuel to be lighter

Airplanes would not be air worthy if they couldnt handle turbulence. The more flights you have, the more comfortable you are. At least for me anyways
