Looks like the pic on the Wiki post-patch shows it as a bluish teal / green cross. Which fixes that. Note to self. No red crosses.

that's why the med packs with the plus side logo are usually green because if they change the color they're no longer using the red cross logo

I remember this game 60 seconds, about surviving a nuke, changed the media's cross from red to green. this may be why
