Add cornstarch and flour and mix again. Cover and marinate chicken at least two hours or overnight in the fridge for the best results. Take out your chicken to come to room temperature before frying. Heat up oil and fry in small batches for 5 minutes. Crank up the heat for the second fry. Fry wings for another 3 minutes. Enjoy!
