Light both sides of A, and one of B. When A is fully burnt 30m have passed, at that point light the 2nd side of B. When it burns out 45m have passed.

I really hope the answer doesn’t involve burning both ends of the rope, as that would exacerbate the irregular burning. You can’t assume it’d be 30min
