Umm as a Data Analyst, you need to focus on SQL and sometimes PowerBI. This is still great to teach someone though

um..... use SQL server or anything other than excel.... if your company is using excel... import into ssms. excel is not to be used as primary data

You could do a power pivot relation with the full name field also. And then you would have a separate dynamic table for eployees
