Creamy Chicken Alfredo Sauce 🤍🍝 PASTA MEAL PREP SERIES Episode 3. This one is pure comfort😌 Rich, creamy, cozy. The kind of sauce you want waiting for you on a long day. So of course, we made it freezer-friendly! 🧊 Ingredients: * 2 lb – 950g raw chicken breast  * 5 oz – 155g unsalted butter  * 4.5 oz – 135g all-purpose flour  * 7.5 cups – 2l whole milk, warmed  * 5 cups – 500g finely grated   Parmesan cheese  * 3 tsp garlic powder  * Salt, to taste  * Freshly ground black pepper, to taste  Method: 1. Cut the chicken breasts into medium chunks and season lightly with salt and black pepper.  2. In a large saucepan or wide pot over medium heat, melt all the butter.  3. Add the chicken and cook gently for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly golden but not browned.  4. Remove the chicken from the pot using a slotted spoon and set aside. Leave all the butter and juices in the pot.  5. Reduce heat to medium-low. Sprinkle the flour into the butter and whisk continuously for about 1 minute to form a smooth roux without browning.  6. Slowly pour in the warm milk while whisking constantly to keep the sauce smooth.  7. Cook, whisking often, for 5–7 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the back of a spoon.  8. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan until fully melted and smooth.  9. Add the garlic powder, then return the cooked chicken to the sauce. Stir until evenly distributed.  10. Season with additional salt and black pepper to taste.  11. Let the sauce cool completely, then portion into 10 servings of 1 cup - 240ml before freezing.  Because we know how busy everyday life can get, we built a new system: Make the sauce once, freeze it in portions. Cook pasta fresh. And suddenly… Dinner just happens!🔥 No chopping. No stress. No instant noodles as a backup plan or defaulting to ketchup pasta because you’re tired 😌 Pull out a portion, boil some pasta. Add Parmesan. Feel instantly better!😍 This is what Pasta Meal Prep is about 🤍 Making real food easier on busy days. For nights when cooking feels like too much. 👉 This recipe is already available in our Pasta Meal Prep eBook, link in bio📝 Available together with The Ultimate Pasta Cookbook❤️ Maximum variety when you feel like cooking. An easy system when you don’t! #mealprep #pasta #freezermeals #FoodTok #yummy
