There is no issue if the puck doesn't come out dry/solid. It's dependent on the bean origin and roast and has no impact on extraction.

u do not need to press that hard 😅 . also u don't need to fill up to 17 gr, depends on ur grind size. ajust the recipie, gr in to gr out and time.
