At this point, I was like ok, they are really trying to play me right now. And I know I know what all you guys were saying in the comments, but I really just wanted to be done with this. We all saw what was inside the food pouch. Obviously I was naive to believe this would be very concerning and they would want to get to the bottom of it. And I’m no scientist, but the math isn’t mathing.Lisa continued to apologize and tell me it can take up to 10 business days for the results. I was hella irritated at this point, and I just said ok. Fast forward to this past Friday. Lisa called me back and continued to read me the generic statement word for word of what she told me the first time. I asked if she could explain to me how those large objects can form from a purée, and what kind of mold was it because I’ve never seen anything like it before. I mean tell me it was a piece of fruit, a pit or something that ended up in the pouch. Make something better up. These paper weight sized objects did not form from a pinhole leak in the packaging. (Again, if you can explain to me how this can happen please do!) She goes on to tell me she has kids and grandkids and would be very concerned too but it was mold. And I kept asking how do you know that? She said that was her opinion. I told her I’m going to need more than her opinion, and I wanted the information from their “test”, and to have someone who can answer my questions call me back.
