In regards to tipping…. It’s because there is a minimum wage in the majority of European countries so staff don’t rely on tips to live off😊

The tipping thing is because we are already paid a living wage so we aren’t dependent on tipping, at lest in the Nordic countries

60 mio Italians have no issue cutting a pizza. We don't tip because we pay waiters decently. It's rude to shoo people away by bringing the check fast.

They don‘t cut your pizza bc many people in fine dining eat pizza with knive and fork, so you eat it differently. You cut it per bite
