@munchinwithmaddie_: i feel like everyone already knows about egg roll in a bowl but if you haven’t tried it yet, here’s your sign!! such an easy + flavorful meal 😋 RECIPE (gluten free, dairy free): -1 lb ground beef (or pork) -1 tbsp fresh minced ginger -4 garlic cloves, minced -4 cups shredded cabbage -1 cup shredded carrots -1/4 cup diced green onion + more to top -3 tbsp tamari (can sub coconut aminos or soy sauce if you’re not gluten free) -1 tbsp rice vinegar -1 tsp sesame oil -sriracha or red pepper flakes to taste -salt + pepper -sesame seeds for topping being a large pan to medium heat. once hot, add ground beef and cook, breaking apart with your spatula, until browned (about 4 mins). then add in garlic and ginger and cook one minute longer. add in the remaining ingredients (except for sesame seeds) and stir to combine. let that cook for about 5-8 more minutes, stirring occasionally, until the veggies have softened but still have a bit of a crisp bite to them. top with more green onion & sesame seeds and serve with rice if you’d like! enjoy :) #eggrollinabowl #eggrolls #easyhealthyrecipes #easyandhealthy #mealprepideas #healthydinnerideas #glutenfreedairyfree #lowcarbrecipes #cleanoutthefridge #onepanmeal #15minutemeals
