This is the perfect snack on a budget to fit in your busy schedule! SPINACH TOFU PIE 🌱🥧 •2 x puff pastry rolls •200 g x spinach •300 g x satono yuki tofu (link in the video) •150 g x vegan cheddar •4 cloves x garlic (minced) •1 teasp x nutmeg •1 x onion (diced) •3 tbsp x olive oil •salt & pepper •nutritional yeast •sour cream optional •microgreens 🥣 - Take the 2 puff pastries out the fridge and let them warm up to room temperature this will help out to unfold the dough later without breaking it . - in a pan heat the olive oil and stir fry garlic and onion until golden. - Add spinach,tofu , salt, pepper, nutmeg ,cheddar and nutritional yeast and cook for about 5 minutes. - Set aside and let cool completely - Spread the filling evenly on top of the unrolled puff pastry. - Roll it up again ,cut in half and interlace the 2 parts (it’ll be a bit messy but don’t worry it’ll be delicious anyway) - Add everything on a pie baking tray in this case round as we like it to look like a savoury cake but any shape will work. - bake at 160/180* for about 40min (Keep an eye on it ) - Serve with some sour cream and microgreens. - enjoy hot or cold #fyp #foryoupage #contentcreator #tofu #budgetfood #homemade #EasyRecipe #plantbased #asmrfood
