@that_foodiee_girl: 𝑷𝑰𝑵𝑫𝑰 𝑪𝑯𝑨𝑵𝑨….😍 1.5 cup Kabuli Channa; soaked overnight For the potli- 1/4cup Black tea (the ones we usually use at home) 4-5 Bay leafs 2 inch Ginger 3-5 small cinnamon sticks 5-6 cloves 1 Badi Elaichi Tie this all in a muslin cloth. Salt Water to boil the Channa. **If you haven't soaked the Channa overnight, you'll need to add some baking soda too. Place this all in a pressure cooker and cook for 4-5 whistles.
