I have been looking at this video and have come to the conclusion that it's the fault of the Sprinter coming behind the 2 cars. As a driver, I always look out for my environment, especially the cars in front and behind me. If 2 cars were able to slow down on a highway, that means the 3rd car should also realize what is happening ahead. Either he was speeding or looking at his phone, and the slow movement took him by surprise.

There no overspending here from the drivers,, it’s just wrong decision from the 4 cars which no one knows,, car isn’t meant to move like tourists,, underspeed too can cause accidents in some instances
