You only turn at B if you’re driving a LGV or towing. It’s A.

B this happens all the time teaching students. It gets worst when you instruct them to turn right and they head to the left

it's a D junction. so all depends ideally on the way the D goes . as it as a off shoot to left . so in this case preferably you would use route A.

both would be correct, but A shows you look ahead and see it leads to the same place, therefore also being correct
