![In a new interview with the Evening Standard, ‘Pose’ star Billy Porter spoke about the ways the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike has impacted even well-known performers like himself, revealing that he's facing the difficult decision of selling his home. ‘Yeah! Because we’re on strike. And I don’t know when we’re gonna go back [to work]. The life of an artist, until you make f*ck-you money — which I haven’t made yet — is still cheque-to-cheque,’ he said in the interview, which was published on August 5. ‘I was supposed to be in a new movie, and on a new television show starting in September. Explaining the changing landscape of the industry, Porter said, ‘The business has evolved.
