Monter le gâteau Laisser au frais minimum 4h La ganache 80g de crème 80g de chocolat Bouillir la crème et verser la sur le chocolat, émulsionner. 🇬🇧 Creamy shortbread cake 80 g caster sugar 40 g cornstarch 3 egg yolks 1 vanilla pod or vanilla powder 500 ml milk 70 g butter 200 g cold whole cream 1 glass of milk to soak the shortbread Prepare a pastry cream by mixing the milk, cornstarch, egg yolks and sugar in a casserole dish Bring to the boil Remove from the heat and add the butter Cover with cling film and leave to cool Whip the cold cream and incorporate it into the pastry cream after having relaxed it with a whisk.
