I’m having to really figure this out also. I actually sell a ton of food but the collars/coats/toys etc move slow. Opposite issue!

My favorite part of small pet stores are all the little treats and toys, honestly. It's like, grocery store vs a fun shopping trip, yknow?

Well said we are working out what sells want what don’t. You will always get them want what you don’t have. I had it in my former business.
