There’s a flash update for the dodge cars that locks out the rfh so no keys can be programmed. We do them after the sale of the vehicle.

Hook a coil up to one of the data wires so it fries their locksmith when they hook it up.

I could be wrong, but it thought you had to bypass the obd and go in through the star connector to program a key without the pin.
