Depends on the plane but if it’s the pilots we would just call them to change it, some planes are just too cold or too hot sometimes though

Its actually very hard to get the temperature right on board. But a general rule is to keep it a little towards cool than warm to prevent nervous flye

Depends on the plane, and it’s hard to get the temp right so when they have to lean one way, they will always choice colder than warmer

some planes are so hard to regulate, 1 little touch and it’ll be burning hot. so it’s better for it to be cold so people don’t get sick

It depends on the plane! Some of our planes, we can control it. Other planes, the pilots control it.

I have found it's always cooler in the front of the plane and at the back it's either warm or to warm for me

FA here! It depends on the plane! I used to fly on 737 and pilots control the temp. But on 777/787/A350 the flight attendants can control it

There is max temperature allowed in the cabin. Meaning it must be chilly otherwise a lot of people will be fainting.

On Airbus the pilots set a “rough” temperature. Cabin crew can then adjust +/- 3 degrees from there.

As an Airbus pilot we have 20 degrees of control and the flight attendants have 4 degrees. FAs like it cold tho, keeps the smells to a min.
