@chefmaryam.nl: Biryani chicken | easy recipe below 👇 Tableware: @steelite_emea Ingredients: 1 kg chicken thighs 2 hand of fresh coriander 3 yellow onions cut into half rings 2 cups of afghan rice or basmati 1 tsp of saffron soaked in warm water Marinade: 6 tsp biryani masala 3 tbsp full fat yogurt 2 tbsp Sunflower oil Method: - Fry the onions until golden brown and set aside - Meanwhile mix the chicken with all the ingredients listed under marinade together - Cook the rice until 90% done - Now it’s time to build the biryani: - Place the chicken in the pan and add half of the fried onions - Then sprinkle with 1 handful of coriander - Cover the chicken with half of the rice - Then add the rest of the coriander and fried onions - Add the rest of the rice - Sprinkle with saffron and add some coriander - Make some holes into the rice - First 15 minimum on medium fire - Then turn on low flame and simmer for 1 hour until the chicken is tender Serve with a yogurt dip and enjoy!! #chickenbiryani #biryanirecipe #biryani #chickenbiryanirecipe #EasyRecipes #dumbiryani #biryanilover #fypfy #fyp #indianfood #pakistanifood #afghanfood #easybiryanirecipe #pulao
