my 2 yr old still naps.. and I nap when he does.. find I can't make it through the day otherwise. doing everything to keep the 1 4hr nap alive lol

As a moon with narcolepsy, the 20 minute naps here and there were a godsend. I pretty much have the sleep schedule of a newborn anyhow lol.

I 100% napped when baby did. Their days and nights are backwards for a month at first so you need to!

It's so easy... sleep when the baby sleeps. Also vacuum when the baby vacuums, do dishes when the baby does dishes, laundry while the baby does laundr
