@al_dante_channel: Sourdough Discard Crepes Thank you my dear @grateful_loaf for the Dried Sourdough Starter. Big shout out to @sevdaliza for the phenomenal music. 📕Recipe here ❂ Ingredients: 500g sourdough discard 500g milk 2 eggs 80g sugar 50g flour 25g oil without flavor 10g baking soda 8g salt ❂ Cooking process: ⁃ Mix all together, let rest 15 min. ⁃ Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place a small amount of butter or cooking spray in the pan before you pour the first crepe. (You shouldn’t have to oil the pan again.) ⁃ Pour 1/3 cup of the batter into the skillet, pick the skillet up by the handle and slowly swirl the batter in the pan until it spreads into a very thin, even layer. ⁃ Cook on the first side 60-90 seconds, or longer if needed. ⁃ Flip the crepe over using a large spatula or hands. ⁃ Grease with a little butter with a brush or fork and cook on the second side until it is golden brown. ⁃ Stack the crepes onto on a serving platter as they are finished cooking. #crepes #easybaking #perfectbreakfast #frenchcrepes #foodporn #foodaddict #cooking #Foodie #bestrecipes #pickoftheday #EasyRecipes #fypシ #superbawlfood #superbawl #cinematicvideo #cookingvideos #trending #EasyRecipe #foodinfluencer
