with all my husband's research he found that a lot of people with POTS like myself are insulin resistant. if that helps. we monitor my sugar levels

Ive got reactive hypoglycemia but my sugars are usually oddly normal during my episodes. On metformin 500 mg 2x a day and it helps me have fewer!
