It’s a really common problem with Qatar. They promise one cabin then give another and do it so last minute and give little to no notice!

Qsuites are business class , Qatar airways is phasing out a first class concept which is why you don’t find them on their longhual flights 🙂

I read somewhere that if you book specifically Q Suites and don’t get them on the flight that you can submit a report and get money back or credit!

Qsuites are like the lottery tbh which is why 777 routes with Qatar suck, hopefully they speed up installation.
