I basically don't get sick time. I have to decide if I can afford to take a sick day from my job (and I work in healthcare).

Meanwhile I just got wrote up for missing because my kid had covid, then I got covid, few weeks later we all got strep, few weeks later I got the flu.

When you get sick during vacation you have to turn in a doctor‘s note from day 1 on. Many people don’t know this.

my dad was home for 6 month due to a surgery, got paid and a nurse showed up every day . physical therapy every other day . I miss our healthcare sys.

@karllkarllovich:After 6 week's if it's something serious the doctor sends you to a specialist and if he confirms everything you can prolong it to ♾️

I work in a hospital and doctors notes don’t even excuse us. We work WITH sick people and aren’t excused if WE GET SICK too.
