My phone is in my bathroom. blue light is terrible for you before bed, so I solved the problem by putting it 15 feet away on my bathroom counter at night. It also WON'T allow me to press snooze. I turn my alarm off, go to the bathroom, and start my face routine, get dressed, and go to the gym. Monday-Friday, without fail.
