@thatsavagekitchen: Salmon Stuffed Ravioli (You making this for Valentine’s Day??) • Ingredients - Salmon seasoning 1 Lb Salmon 1 tsp Onion Powder 1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt 1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika 1 Tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning 1/2 Tsp Creole Seasoning Filling - 1/4 Cup Parsley 1 Egg Yolk 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated) 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese Half a Lemon Squeeze Pasta 2 Cups Flour 3 Eggs 1 Tbsp Olive oil Pinch of salt How to make the pasta 101 1. To two cups of flours make a hole and add 3 Whole eggs. 2. Add a pinch of salt and olive oil 3. Mix the eggs and flour slowly until a dough is formed. 4. Place the dough in the fridge for 30 Mins. 5. Most people don’t have a pasta roller and that’s all good. Just roll out the dough with a rolling pin and get it to about 1/2 Inch Each. 6. Cut the dough with a cookie cutter (Any size but not too big) 7. Add the salmon filling to the dough but not all. 8. Add a blank piece of dough onto of a dough placed with the salmon and press the sides down with a fork to make a seal. How to make the White sauce 1. In a medium high Sauce Pan add 2 Tbsp of butter and 1 Tbsp of Olive oil 2. Add 3 Cloves of Minced Garlic and 1/3 Cup of Minced Onions to the pan. 3. Add 1 Tsp Red Chili Flakes into the onions and garlic and sauté until translucent. 4. Add 1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream and 2 Tbsp of White Wine (Optional), squeeze half a lemon and cook on a medium low heat for 5 Minutes. 5. Kill the heat and add 3 Tbsp of Parmesan Cheese or Mozzarella cheese, let melt.
